Create your own Streaming Festival Bumper

Artists that want to create a bumper are given absolute creative freedom as long as it is within the borders of common sense.
However, the only thing is that the Streaming Festival logo, or text has to appear at least once in the bumper.

Step 2 Some information:

• bumpers must be 10, 20 or 30 seconds
• Only accepted format: .wmv (windows media video 9)
• 360(width) x 288(height)
• PAL
• 25FPS
• Data rate: minimum 500 - 600Kbps
