All the films on the Streaming Festival are encoded in Flash. You will need the latest flash codec to view the films.
Download the latest flash from the Adobe website

Minimum system requirements

All you need is an internet connection (broadband offers obviously the best quality), and the latest codecs (Flash).

Members registration

I did not receive a confirmation email!
Check your email clients junk settings if you did not receive a confirmation email from streamingfestival.com.

I can't login!
Login names and passwords are case sensitive. Thus: EmAiL is not the same as email. Check whether you tried to login with the correct email address and password (as given in the confirmation email).

Consider the following requirements:
* Java script needs to be enabled in your browser.
* Cookies need to be enabled in your browser.

If that's not helping, try refreshing the cache of your browser.
If you still can't login; send us your email address, so we can check out what's going on.
