Video art database
9 August 2008
In previous editions of the festival we gathered information from artists about their video art and films and made this accessible to the public. Seeing how that information quickly expanded, and is still expanding, we realized a different approach to store and maintain the data would be imminent. Hence, we decided to create the video art database.
The video art database holds all kinds of information, from interviews, reviews to new-media articles and artists biographies.
However, its main focus is to create a complete as possible overview of the audio visual art and the artists that were screened on the Streaming Festival.
