And we are happy to say that Het Nutshuis will once again provide its location to the opening of this 7th edition on Saturday the 1st, starting at 20.00hrs.
You can expect experimental film, underground docs and video art from the 7th edition which will be unleashed on the big screen in the Nutshuis vault. Alongside this visual extravaganza, our friends from Intergalactic FM will drop by to provide music, noise and soundtracks.

During the opening on the 1st of December in The Hague, one of the artists that were screened (Evo Preisner), was attentive enough to bring his camera, and film an impression of the opening, resulting in a six-minute clip with mixed images and added sound.

We are excited to introduce this year’s review committee, formed by a select group of audio-visual professionals who kindly accepted our invitation to review films for this sixth edition of the Streaming Festival.

Big news! The Streaming Festival programs of the 6th edition are finally available and their content can now be checked on our website. Over 200 films and video artists have been carefully selected and arranged into 18 different programs, ranging from documentaries to experimental works, as well as animations, installations and many more.

You probably noticed that the For a change program is still live and running. We have decided to extend the program for a little more than usual.
Because we’re enjoying a good program (obviously), but also because on the 10th of November we will start with the interlude to the 6th edition by showing previews & trailers which will be shown at the festival starting on the 1st of December.
