MurderCapitalTV

This month the Streaming Festival presents MurderCapitalTV.

MurderCapitalTV is an initiative of the Hotmix Foundation based in The Hague. Hotmix started way back in the 1990 as a record import company which in no time grew into a production house, hosting numerous record labels and doing it’s own distribution.

Since 2007 Hotmix changed it’s legal status into a non-profit organization and has dedicated itself to archivation, preservation and promotion of (electronic) music and DJ culture. Main way of doing this is trough a internet radio station, IntergalacticFM, and a vastly growing mix archive, RobotDJ.net. But Hotmix has not limited itself to music; in the last couple of years it has been producing videos and experimenting with live and on demand streaming, this originated the periodically active MurderCapitalTV (and the shorter lived CBS.tv).

IntergalacticFM has announced a launch of a new campaign, resulting not only in a new site and improved radio programming but also in a permanent addition of two TV channels, MurderCapitalTV and IntergalacticTV. As a preview of things to come the Streaming Festival presents a small selection of MurderCapitalTV transmissions.
