Videoclip from the The Hague opening

During the opening on the 1st of December in The Hague, one of the artists that were screened (Evo Preisner), was attentive enough to bring his camera, and film an impression of the opening, resulting in a six-minute clip with mixed images and added sound.

Opening 6th edition on 1/12

Good news for the people living near and in The Hague! On the 1st of December, starting at 20.30, we will open the 6th edition of the Streaming Festival at Het Nutshuis.

MurderCapitalTV

MurderCapitalTV is an initiative of the Hotmix Foundation based in The Hague. Hotmix started way back in the 1990 as a record import company which in no time grew into a production house, hosting numerous record labels and doing it’s own distribution.

Shortlist announced

The jury of our very first film competition has short-listed five works for the "Left field award". This Wednesday, during the opening on the 1st of December the jury will announce the winner at the Paardcafé in The Hague.

Opening Streaming Festival 5th edition

The unique experience of the Streaming Festival is as different for each viewer as much as we each differ from our fellow man and woman. You choose when and how to watch each program in your own way. Observe the films in the harmonious tranquillity of your own silent solitude or watch with your friends, discussing and pausing the films at your whim. However you want to watch the Streaming Festival is completely up to you and how you best appreciate the work on show.

4th edition coming soon

With three weeks to go till the start of the 4th edition, there won’t be a special program this month, but highlights, interviews and trailers. This week we’ll introduce some new events that are being organized on the occasion of the 4th edition, like the photography exhibition at BH139 (20 - 27 Nov, The Hague), special Streaming Festival programs at the State-x festival at the Paard van Troje (11 - 12 Dec, The Hague) and for the first time our own student streaming festival edition.

An open invitation is extended to everyone for Saturday (Oct 25, from 16.00 to 01.00) to enjoy the physical manifestation of the Streaming Festival, in the Anna Paulownastraat 76 in The Hague, the Netherlands.

The Hague opening : 11 May 2006

Just a couple of days till the off-line opening at the Vrije Academie coming Thursday - 11 May, 19.30hrs.

The Vrije Academie

The Vrije Academie in The Hague will host the opening of the festival on 12 May 2006. This academy started in 1947 when it was initiated by artist Livinus van de Bundt.

Filmstad joins the festival

The The Hague based Filmstad organization has been added to the list of partners during the festival.
