Tiltisfth and other video experiments reloaded We start the festival today with the highlighted program . This program was originally screened last July, but we added a selection of video art and experimental films, focusing on the not-your-daily type of film. This program will also be shown tonight at Het Nutshuis in The Hague, around 21.00hrs. So, if you are in the neighbourhood, you’re more than welcome to visit and celebrate the opening of the Streaming Festival. Liquid refreshments to fuel art and film lovers alike will be available.
