This is the second part to a longer piece named "man - made weather". at the time i was struggling with the environmental issues of working in electronic media. i became fascinated with the juxtaposition of the human body (myself) and oil refineries. i wanted to see if it was possible to create meaning and beauty with these two completely different ideas as i transform the body into the space and light of the refinery.
